My boobs are suffocating me!

I joined a yoga club last week. So far I've made it twice. I really like it. I've only tried vinyana yoga. Mostly concentrating on breathing, not too many poses and in the end you pretty much fall asleep. It is so quiet in there you don't even want to swallow because you know it will be heard. Its a wonderful atmosphere and I think this will benefit me much. However I do have a slight problem....my boobs are literally suffocating my in many positions, especially childs pose which is supposed to be relaxing.

As I lay back on my heals into the peaceful pose my boobs are squished in a sports bra (trying to make them look smaller). Because of the holding power, they actually tend to sit up higher, thus when laying down they are up in my face. So frustrating, I hate ginormous boobs. And if they aren't in my face they are constricting my breath. I actually have to take a break from poses because I can't breathe from the pressure that they exude.

Oh will they ever be back to my old size?

Wow! I can honestly say I've never had this problem. I know it must suck but I kind of envy you. My boobs have always been so small!

I'm sad to say that my boobs never went back to their 'regular' size after my son and don't expect them to get that much smaller now (after DD). It literally is my dream to buy bras from Victoria Secrets (I'm currently a F-36 cup). Sigh. A girl can dream. If you find a good exercise bra, let me know!

Pre-DS, I lost weight in the boobs and face first. I'm hoping that post-DS is the same! I miss the small perky boobs and I hate these huge saggy monstrosities! Though I think my perky days are behind me now, regardless of size...
