So I started my 'training program' last week and went away on vacation for a few days to visit my mom. CHALLENGE!!! It was rainy, its similar to sitting at a cottage, she
The hardest part was seeing my sister arrive to my mom's yesterday with bags and bags of
I have a cheat day on day 15 and I'm DREAMING of it big time. You know what I'm dreaming of to eat? Oatmeal and bananas...crazy that this would be my cheat meal and I'm dreaming of stuff that is totally not bad for me.
What I am eating. I didn't say what I was eating because its very strict but since it really deals with the whole weightloss thing I figure I should let you in on my
What I'm surprised with....Duh, Its extremely difficult, if not impossible to do intense workouts.
What else I'm surprised with....I'm not tired at all, AT ALL! Not tired during that 1-4pm time slot. As much as I want to hate this eating program this is definitely a benefit. I usually get about 6-7 broken hours of sleep so I'm really surprised by this.
I haven't run on this program because I was teaching lots of classes last week and than away (which you'd think I'd go running but I feel guilty).
My results are good for this week and I'm writing a journal which my trainer now thinks I'm a comedian!!! lmao!!! I'm not a comedian I was just being honest and its written a little bloggity (is that a word?) Anyway, I'm writing for potential clients and it needs to entertaining not a snooze.
Its hard to say what I miss the most. I actually found that I really love coffee. I dropped it straight and I had no side effects, no headache, etc. But I really feel I enjoy coffee and cream. I tried black coffee and it is the nastiest thing ever, why anyone drinks it this way, (including my mother) I cannot grasp.
I will try to work on pics for you because pictures always make a blog happy :)
Have a good night!

I LOVE that your writing the journal "bloggity." I find myself thinking in terms of how I would blog it sometimes :)
Glad you were able to steer clear of all the junkie foods. I don't know if I would have been able to last even 24 hours with it all!
Wow, that is a tough regime! You know what would kill me the most? No SALT! Ugh! I've tried even cutting back and I just can't stand the way food tastes (or doesn't taste!) at all. You are strong, girl!!! Can't wait to hear about your results!
Vacationing on a limitied eating variety would be so tough...you did it...CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I can't wait to hear the results of this experiment!
