Getting creative with greens

Some ideas I got once I could use avocados!! I wrapped roast beef around avocado and then wrapped this in a boston lettuce leaf. It was really good and kept me full.
Another idea I did this morning was a cucumber sushi, cucumber, smoked salmon and avocado slices, quite yummy as well.
Both great snack ideas. Tonight for dinner is shrimp stirfry with toasted almonds.

I did go for a run yesterday, the first one under this training diet. It was a challenge and I only ran 6km. I'm quite sore today as well and I'm never sore. So I'm a little concerned with my running goals and fired off a email to my personal training food coach. We shall see what she reccommends.

Do you have any ideas for me? Green veggies, a meat protein, avocados or nuts....let me know?

Oh... those all look so good! I wish I had some more great ideas but alas... I am usually looking for those ideas myself. I love smoked salmon!

Yay for ideas. I'm on day 3 of a 14 day low carb/no sugar cleanse and it is a little tough. I know I'm going to get bored eating this way...but it won't be long before I can reintroduce some stuff.

You did awesome with your week 1 results. Keep it up!!!
