I suck

Here I am on Wednesday of week 2, still in a rut and the scale is going up too much. I am just not in the mood to get into the battle. Why does this happen? And why do I have no self control?

Been there, done that. It is ALWAYS so hard to get back on track once you're in a rut. All you need is ONE awesome day and it will pick up steam from there. Try for one good day. I know you can do it.

we both have the same title to our posts and the same problem....I hope I can get out of this rut...I am so tired of it! Good luck to you!

You have control, man. You just gotta use all those reasons you wanna lose weight, and put them in front of you whenever you wanna eat something bad. You can do it!!

It's always easier to get in a rut then to get out of one. Believe me I know!

But you can do it. One thing that helped me was to pick one thing to do well for the day. Sometimes it would be drinking all my water, or avoiding chips, or whatever.

Then, the next day I'd add something else in.

I wish you all the success!

We've all been there, girl! You need to find your prime motivator. What was the thing that really got you moving when you first started losing weight? Find that thing - that deep, close to your heart reason for losing weight.
I found that my reasons have changed a bit, but once I really think about them, they've given me the kick in the butt I needed to get back on track.
You do NOT suck! This is HARD. If it was easy to lose weight, there would be no fat people, lol!

NO SUCKAGE!

babysteps.
tiny movement toward your bigger goal.
first step: LOVING YOURSELF NOW WHERE YOU ARE.

easier said than done I know---but easier DONE than trying to exert "control" over all the chaos that is our world.
you know where to find me if you want a hand.

Sometimes I get so "fed up" with the same old circle of emotional events surrounding this blasted weight loss stuff. I totally get how you feel.

It's all worth it though! Just LOOK at YOU!!!! You're a gorgeous success! :-)
