2.2lbs this week!!
woohoo!!
I honestly have to say this was not a great week for eating, however I did count my points from Monday to Friday. I did go over by 7-8pts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, than stayed within points on Thursday and Friday. Also on Thur and Fri, I tried not to eat anything except fruit at night, to cut back on munchies.
I did get my exercise in which I hadn't been able to do for awhile and I'm walking a lot at work.
All in all I'm super happy, 2 weeks in a row with a loss. Almost at 50lbs gone....almost.
