A new journal

I love nothing more than going to Chapters or Indigo, grabbing a Starbucks and browsing around. Now I don't really get these days anymore because I share them with my girlies. So one day I went with them to Indigo and I found a new food journal. If you don't know the Weight Watcher journals are teeny tiny. I saw this one and thought its really cute and large to write in and read. It has a space for breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks, water and 2 different types of exercises/duration. It is pretty big still but I do use it and have so far liked it. Mainly because I lost weight using it :). I make my own adjustments to add my points together but it just has so much room that it makes it really easy.

That is absolutely adorable! I track online (on both the BodyBugg & WW sites), but there's something so NICE about actually writing stuff down.

have you thought of using the FitBook journals @ www.getfitbook.com? I'm on my 4th one - they are great because you can track food AND exercise in the same book!
