Goodlife instructors have a LMI day (Bodypump, Bodystep, Bodyflow, BodyAttack, BodyVive, BodyCombat, BodyJam). It starts at 730am and goes till 530pm. We get to see "our" all-stars and the new releases that are coming in October. It is an incredible atmosphere of nearly 500 instructors.
So in my 36hrs of me time I drove 6 of us to TO, which was a great drive. I took a panel discussion with some of my favourite people, the program directors for BodyStep and BodyCombat. We pretty much had an open mike discussion with them. For BodyStep it takes about 6 weeks for them to create a release. It was pretty interesting. There was a Zumba party, some shopping, a Hard Rock dinner and chatting late into the night (2:30am). We woke at 5:20am (OI!) to head down to the festivities.
First up was BodyVive. The first time I've seen it as its only in clubs in Ottawa, Calgary and London right now. I really liked it and know it will be a hit with those that need a lower impact workout. Next up was BodyAttack, Bodypump, BodyStep. By the time for BodyStep came around I was a feeling the late night! But continued on. BodyCombat and BodyFlow finished it off. (BodyJam) was at the same time as BodyStep in another room so I didn't do that one.
Than we got a quick shower, coffee and headed home.
Here is myself and a few of my fellow instructors before Bodypump.
My pictures aren't too great, but here I'm in the middle of the room. Lots and lots of people!
Lots of sweat, Gatorade, little food (big mistake by me!), great time and pumped up from meeting my 'rock stars'.
BodyStep presenter team in pink (breast cancer theme release for October) and about 1/2 of our team.
Also this past week I got a 6mile run in! I didn't make it to a Weight Watchers WI so hopefully next week will be a good one.

Looks like you had a great time. :) I'm sure you were happy to see your babies when you got home though.36 hours can be long if it was your first time. But, it's always nice to have a little "me" time ya know. Hope you had fun.
Awesome! Looks like you had a great time. Bet your girls missed you. Must have been nice to get away. Would love to take one of your classes! :)
Sounds like a really fun weekend! Would be so neat to see all different styles of leading a class.
