I should really be up for todays WI but I'm down .2lbs! I can't believe it. I did so horribly last week, lesson learned just because you think you've blown it you probably didn't so keep at it.
So my new fitness goal, a friend wants me to run a relay marathon with her in Oct. I 'd have to run 14K, do I do it? Can I do it? OMG what am I thinking!
I really want to do it to force myself to run more but I always think what if I can't, what if I can't finish, what if I disappoint them with their times. Its different when your running for yourself as opposed to running for others or with others, you never want to disappoint them.
The other thing is I've never run a 10K let alone 14 of them....hmmm I just need to do some thinking on this. I'm planning on doing a 8K in Sept than the 14 would be about a month later, we need to register soon though. hmmmm thoughts?
