Its Monday night

WI on Sat. was down 0.6lbs. Down yes, happy not really. I did better at journalling but than I did have that brownie batter too (duh)

Away all weekend so I didn't track but I know I have no flex left for the week. Its totally fine.

So after a day and a half of eating appetizers (YIKES!) I'm back on track. Went for a run this morning, had a nap, had a coffee, took step tonight than taught pump. Crazy I know but I felt great and for the first time in a couple of years the step class didn't seem hard. So I'm getting there. Maybe it was the Tim's though :P Oh and this was not all I did today but it allowed me to excercise well tonight.

And lots of people have been noticing my efforts, which makes me feel better. I just wish I could get into a size 14 soon.
