I didn't do to poorly while away but I didn't pick up the pace once I got back home either. I went out for dinner on Wed and than Thurs I had to make cookies for my daughter (well I wanted to make them) Needless to say cookies ended up being the bulk of my meals for the rest of the week.
I hope my WI tomorrow will kick my ass into gear as I have some more fitness goals I want to achieve very soon.
