It was my daughter's birthday party on Sunday. I made a cake for it and the yummiest icing ever! Needless to say I ate far too much icing and cake, I ended up throwing it out because I was soo bad. The rest of the week I really tried to stay on track and not to eat things later at night. I had a few less workouts in this week than I had the last 2 weeks BUT...
I was down 1.6lbs! I am very happy. Eventhough I was careless with the icing, I didn't let it ruin my week and I still kept at it. Two weeks in a row of losses. I am super happy :)
