Today I decided to skip my WW meeting and weigh-in. I can see the obvious on my own scale at home and I didn't want to see my weight up or the same yet again. I did not track this week so I know exactly what I didn't do and it shows.
A few things are going on right now. I started doing some TRX training with a personal trainer at my gym. I'm not normally one to 'pay' extra to workout but I wanted/needed something that would make me get to the gym. I LOVE going to the gym but with little ones, work, Christmas coming soon, it is the easiest thing to skip. Now I'm doing 1 hour twice a week with a trainer, after 2 sessions, I have a love/hate relationship with it. It is incredibly hard but I need a new challenge. Believe it or not, I actually have a set at home, hanging on my laundry door and have only used it once! Silly me. Its like the treadmill that is the drying rack. So that is number 1.
Number 2. I'm soo excited after looking for a house for about a year, we have found a perfect one! I'm soo happy. I love my home now, we've been here for 10 years but it was a starter home for us and we have grown out of it. So we get the new house in January and I'm just soo happy, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted with being able to have more space and a separate playroom for the kids YAHOO!
Number 3. I had given up looking for a house until next summer so I was not prepared to sell this one yet. My hubby is a real estate agent and we already have interest without even listing. YIKES! So we have rented a storage unit to declutter and get this place ready to sell in a matter of days. I have to say it is so nice to go through stuff, throw out, and declutter (very sorry to the landfill though :( ) But it is soo much to do, thus I did get into some late night snacking and decided to skip the WW meeting this morning.
I am working on getting longer runs in as well.
This week my goal is to not snack late at night, I'm working until midnight so this is tough, but I need to kick the habbit. If I work during the day, the late night binge is not as problematic. Another goal is to get my water in.

Congrats on the house, and the trainer. Don't worry about the food, maybe you can swap fruit and yogurt or other healthy things while you're doing your thing. Maybe celery, carrot sticks or gum, to keep your mouth busy while you pack.
