Saturday Weigh In

Down 1lb, which is good. I started the week out great, but tiredness came on hard and eating healthy didn't stick 100% or 90% maybe 75%.

It was also this little ones birthday

4 years! I can't believe it :(.

I did try to drink more water this week and I'm loving my new TRX workout, I actually craved it on Friday since I only go 2X a week for it. So a good week.
