Well after a great idea from a fellow friend/blogger, Goin downhill, I've decided I need a challenge. She is doing a 30 day challenge for herself. I won't bore you with my mommigans but we've keep busy lately, more than usual and my food has fallen to munchies here and there...blah!
So I'm giving myself a 14 day challenge first, which should get me to my birthday.
The challenge:
write down my food
Seems easy but I haven't done it in about a month, I've remained the same weight which is good but writing is better.
