Saturday night I did a 5K race with my sister, it was the 4th year I did it and my fastest time 30:39 ! My sister pushed me, I don't think I would have made that time otherwise. I taught a combat class in the morning and completely wasted myself, but I had until 7pm to 'recover'. Needless to say I huffed and puffed my way to the finish. And man did I feel good to get into the 30min mark!
