The constant struggle

When I started my hiatus from blogging my workouts ramped up and I was doing really well, I wasn't necessarily losing weight but physically I felt as if I could do anything. The last couple of weeks I've struggled with busy weekends, endless heavy rain and just not having the time to exercise. Its amazing how a couple of weeks with minimal workouts can damage 6 or more weeks of continuous ones!

Now I've gotten to the point where I have no motivation, which doesn't happen to me too often when it comes to working out. I have to teach a step class on Sat. which although I'm dreading it, I know after I'm finished I'll be happy.

Still writing it down, trying to avoid the not so good things.

I have to say I think I'm done with my Tim's coffee though, McDonalds coffee is rocking my world right now! Yes we stop there, the kids get their nuggets (whatever that is!) and fries (and milk, no juice or pop for them) and Mommy gets a coffee, it works great for me. Speaking of which I desparately need one now :)

McDonald's has amazing coffee! I love their large hazelnut iced coffee.
