If anyone reads....
I've gotten back into my running, almost 3 times a week. Until this week I was good in my tracking and eating. I had lost 5lbs, although the scale doesn't say that today. Still working hard at exercising and eating. Still reading some blogs here and there. Hoping spring decides to show up soon, its been rain everyday I swear we live in Seattle...but I don't :).
That is it, no fancy meals lately and no super weightloss :( over the last 7 weeks or so. I did follow a week plan in Oxygen, which I really liked and felt helped. I need someone to tell me exactly what to eat and to give me ideas, thinking up meals all the time becomes difficult yes??

Great job on the five pounds and seriously the rain in this whole part of the country needs to stop and just go away! At least our flowers are happy!
