Nothing new

Nothing to report this week.

I fell somehow into a bad habit like my last 1/2 marathon of eating everything in sight! WHY??? I don't get why I do this. I could have done so well, I worked my butt off this week and I'm sure the scale did not budge.

Good thing: Someone asked if I was at goal! She was shocked when I said not even close, 30lbs to go to get to my top end of what I 'should' be weighing.

Another good thing: Me, I don't feel like I need to lose 30lbs, I'm happy with my success so far and am feeling better in my clothing on a regular basis.

What is next? I always have to have a running goal, so I'm looking for a new run to do.

This is me a few weeks ago going to volunteer at a gala...feeling good I must say too!

Goals this week: 1. Drink water
2. Exercise

Water has been my nemesis lately. I know I need it ... but it bores me something stupid!

Aww aww! You are looking HOT there mama!! I know what you mean about trying to pick a new running goal. I got an email from the waterloo marathon guy about an indoor race in Toronto.
