Nighttime snacking

So you made it through the day, its night time, dinner is done, hopefully your meals for tomorrow are planned/made/done. You sit down and....this is where I FAIL. I get into things, anything. A co-worker of mine puts butter on rice cakes...blah! I wouldn't do that but I do have food, I'm not hungry I feel like I deserve it. What I really should do is have a tea but I just don't....

If you have this issue what do you do?

Yup! This is my problem too. Today it was mixed nuts and whoppers. I couldn't wait for dinner so I just kept picking at them!

I find if I keep my hands busy then I don't go for the snacks. Things like knitting, quilting, blogging, all keep me from the food. Also, try something in your mouth that takes time and not calories, like tea or gum. If you're busy chewing gum you can't be eating something!

Keep up the good work and keep us posted on your progress. We all care!

After dinner isn't my downfall, it's before dinner, when I am starving after work and my mouth just can't stop eating. I hate that time.

My problem is before supper because we always eat a late dinner, so I'm starving waiting for dinner to be done. Glad to see you are blogging again! I moved over to wordpress. Www.luckytiff.wordpress.com
