The dreaded weigh-in

I'm very frustrated, this is week 3 back on weight watchers and I have yet to lose weight. The other thing that peeves me is I taught classes 4 days this week. Teaching a class is much different than taking a class, burn more calories for sure. I'm at a loss. I have 1 more week left on the 4 week plan and I don't know what to do, do I waste more money?

I was previously on WW for 3 years and lost 50lbs, but for the last year I stayed relatively the same so I decided to quit. I joined again last December for the new program. I joined for 8 weeks and I stayed within the same 3 lbs. Since then I've gained 12lbs back and needed some sort of direction....and haven't lost yet. Advice?

Do I pay another $200 for 20 weeks, another 4 weeks or try something else. I already eat healthy. I'm not sure if my body needs to get used to more calories or not. I wasn't eating too many carbs before and now I am again. I don't drink milk and my leader said I need to add milk to my diet (which for all my other 'diets' I was off milk), I do have cheese and yogurt. Ugh....just mad.

I probably burned 5000 calories this week alone in workouts, I should have lost at least 3lbs I feel, I'm still in the 'first week' phase and nothing. I don't get it. Will it catch up to me?

I'm in the same boat as you...I'm about 10 pounds above my prebaby weight right now. After baby I went back to WW and lost 25 pounds then quit...maintained and then gained back 5 of the 25. I have a friend that uses the "Lose It" app and loves it. Tracks calories but also activity. I may give it a go...and its free. Is that an option for you?
