So I did 7 weeks of TRX, 2X per week. It was a tough workout but worth every penny. I think I gained a lot in strength of body and mind, it is definitely something I will try again and it really pushed my limits 100%.
In the beginning we did a 'fitness' test. I couldn't even do one atomic pushup, but today I did 3! Not a great feat but ok for me, however my trainer had to remind me that it is a 300% improvement, so yes I guess he is right on that. I tripled my lunge numbers as well and man my butt will be screaming at me tomorrow for it.
I believe I lost inches but the scale is just not my friend. Up and down 1lb, it is so frustrating. And baking Christmas goodies is not helping either.
